24L*2 supercritical co2 extraction machine is mainly consists of extraction kettle, separation kettle, CO₂ high pressure pump, entrainer pump, refrigeration system, heat exchange system, CO₂ stock tank, liquidometer, purification system, flow meter, temperature control system, safety protection device, feed cylinder hoisting system, etc.

1. Extraction kettle

The extraction kettle is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system and feed cylinder for solids and liquids, temperature is adjustable.

2. Separation kettle

The separation kettle is equipped with a water jacketed circulating heating system, temperature is adjustable.

3. CO₂ high pressure pump

Flow (three-plunger): 0~400L/h, Adjustable by frequency conversion.

10. Temperature control system

Control range: Adjustable from room temperature to 75℃   (water bath).

Dynamic temperature control precision: ±1℃, Double-screen digital display.

11. Safety protection device

Outlet of high pressure pump is equipped with an electronic connecting pressure gauge, with set operating pressure and over-pressure pump trip protection.

Extraction kettle, separation kettle, rectifying column, stock tank and others are equipped with safety valve and over-pressure automatic pressure release protection respectively according to their maximum operating pressures.

13. Feed cylinder hoisting system

The feed cylinder hoisting system is equipped with an electric block, for loading and unloading of feed cylinder.

14. Pipeline

Valves and pipe fittings are DW14 and DW18 respectively.

Containers, valves, pipe fittings and pipelines which contact with fluid are made from 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel. The valve rod after heat treatment, is firm and durable.
